Introducing Web Search API via AI Gateway
TL;DR
Cloudflare has launched a Web Search API via its AI Gateway, allowing AI agents to access live web data instead of relying on outdated information. This integration enhances the context available to AI models, improving their responses with up-to-date content.
✦ Why It Matters
Integrate the Web Search API into your applications today to enhance AI responses with real-time data.
Key Takeaways
- Use the Web Search API to provide live data to your AI models.
- Integrate with Cloudflare Workers for seamless web search functionality.
- Ensure compliance with ethical crawling standards for better data usage.
- Leverage AI Gateway for observability and access control in your applications.
How It Works
The Web Search API allows AI agents to perform web searches, retrieving structured snippets of information directly from the internet. This is achieved by integrating the API into the AI Gateway, which manages requests and logs, ensuring that agents have access to the most current data available.
