- Follow contribution guidelines to maintain repository consistency.
Full Summary
xkcd-font is a repository featuring two fonts inspired by the handwriting of Randall Munroe, the creator of the xkcd webcomic. The first font, xkcd Script, is derived from a handwriting sample and is characterized by its irregularities, making it resemble a true script font.
In contrast, the xkcd font is more uniform and was originally used in the comic titled 'The Pace of Modern Life' published on April 1, 2013. While xkcd Script offers a more authentic comic feel, the xkcd font enhances legibility, albeit at the expense of some comic authenticity.
Pre-built font files are available in various formats, including .ttf and .otf. The project is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 3.0 License, and contribution guidelines are provided to maintain consistency in the repository.
